Key Responsibilities:

• Greet & Assist – You’re the first friendly face our patients see. Make them feel at home!

• Phone Ninja – Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries like the pro you are.

• Care Coordinator – Communicate with medical staff, patients, and ensure the clinic vibes stay 💯.

• Problem Solver – Use your critical thinking skills to tackle patient concerns.

• Record Keeper – Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality (we love HIPAA, too).

• Admin Extraordinaire – Help with clinic tasks and sprinkle a little organization magic wherever needed.
