Meet our Team

Owner/Founder/Provider

Dawn Thornhill, MSN FNP-C

With over 23 years in healthcare, Dawn is an experienced clinician in hormone health. She is an industry expert in optimizing hormones for overall health and body composition. She understands the impact on age-related, chronic conditions that hormone imbalance can lead to and how to improve that outcome. Dawn is an IFBB professional athlete and a USAFR officer. In her spare time, she enjoys everything related to fitness, hiking, and spending time with her family which includes her husband, four daughters, new granddaughter and of course her dog Boerne.

Education:

Master of Science in Nursing with a Post-Master certification in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College in Chicago, Illinois

Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah

Brent Dushane

Our COO and Marketing Manager, Brent Dushane spent half of his career in construction. He grew up in Florida, where he and his family ran a commercial construction company. He started his estimating and construction carreer in his senior year of high school continuing that into his late twenty's when he switched to his passion in powersports. He started as a salesman working at a few different motorcycle shops in Florida, but worked his way up to management positions very quickly. After spending forty plus years in Florida he was then offered a district sales manager job running the South Central United States for a major manufacturing brand and that is what brought him and his Family to the great state of Texas. He later found a home at another dealership in San Antonio where once again he was put in a managerial role and he excelled at growing the department. Today he is an integral part of Renew Wellness & Aesthetics future growth and working along side of his wife Dawn. Now they are able to spend more time with there four daughters, new granddaughter and doing what they love to do together!

Lyndsay Cornett, MBA

Meet Lyndsay, our Practice Administrator!
Lyndsay was raised in a military household. Her father is a West Point graduate, US Army black hawk pilot and retired as a colonel. Her mother is still practicing as a nurse in Tennessee. Lyndsay continues to hold a special place in her heart for helping veterans and served on a board of directors for a non-profit that helped disabled veterans and first responders gain access to medication not covered by their current health care plans. Growing up as a military child which included many relocations she obtained first-class skills that have influenced her success in adulthood. Some of these skills include being adaptable, self-driven, and motivated to see success in every venture she takes. Even from a young age, Lyndsay aspired to follow in her parents footsteps to choose a career that would help others.
Lyndsay obtained her first bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University concentrating mostly on human services. After completing her degree she began working at a health clinic as an administrative assistant and patient care coordinator. She quickly was drawn to understanding the ins and outs of small businesses, primarily health clinics. Within two months of employment at the clinic, she enrolled in her Masters of Business with a concentration in Healthcare Management which she completed in 9.5 months. I was fortunate enough to watch her diligently work through this program and her drive is unmatchable. She was then promoted to practice administrator for the clinic where she was in charge of the daily functions of the clinic as a whole before deciding that she wanted to start her own business that provided administrative support to clinics in the surrounding area.
