With over 24 years in healthcare, Dawn brings extensive experience and expertise in hormone health. As a clinician, she specializes in optimizing hormones for overall health and body composition. Dawn understands the significant impact that hormone imbalances can have on age-related and chronic conditions, and she is dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Dawn's impressive background includes being an IFBB professional athlete and a USAFR officer. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys all things fitness, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, four daughters, and their dog, Boerne.

Whether you’re looking for a midday snack or just a little something to curb that sweet tooth, these s’mores are a must-try. Best part? They’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with protein!
Made with layers of fluffy protein filling, melty chocolate, and crispy gluten-free graham crackers, then frozen to perfection.

INGREDIENTS:
+ gluten-free graham crackers
+ 1/2 cup melted chocolate
+ 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works great)
+ 1 container CocoWhip (or any dairy-free whipped topping)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) In a bowl, mix 1 scoop of protein powder with CocoWhip until smooth and fluffy and melt your chocolate.
2. place graham crackers in baking pan or glass container. Spread chocolate evenly across and then spread the protein mixture on top!
3.) place another graham cracker on top, freeze for 30-60 minutes until firm and you’re ready to enjoy!!

One of my most viral fall recipes! Make this for your thanksgiving week. This high protein, refined sugar free healthy pumpkin bread tastes so good you wouldn’t even know it’s healthy!

d’EATS
-1 can pumpkin puree
-2 eggs
-1 cup Greek yogurt (can do 1/2 sourdough started, 1/2 greek yogurt
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
-1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp cinnamon

Cream cheese icing
-8oz soft cream cheese
-2 cups powder sugar

How to
Preheat your oven to 350F

Add in your pumpkin, greek yogurt, olive oil and honey. Mix until smooth and add in your eggs. Mix well.

In a separate bowl add your dry ingredients and mix well. Add your dry to wet and mix until incorporated.

Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and bake on 350F for 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Let cool completely and top with icing!

Would you try this High-Protein Spinach Artichoke Pizza by @tinkostars ?!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups cottage cheese, strained
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 jar of artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
- Trader Joe’s Pizza Crust (flatbread)

Instructions:
1. In a food processor or blender, blend together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2. Transfer the blended cheese mixture to a large bowl. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, and half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan.
3. Spread the mixture evenly onto your pizza crust or flatbread.
4. Top with additional spinach, artichokes, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
5. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Broil for the final 2 minutes to brown the cheese on top.

Protein Peanut Butter Bread is a must-try recipe🔥💪By @michaelkory

✅ Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup flour (180g)
3 scoops vanilla whey (90g)
3/4 cup @pbfit (95g)
1 cup zero calorie sweetener
1 tsp baking soda & baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
1-1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (330g)
1/3 cup applesauce (80g)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil (30ml)
1 tbsp melted peanut butter (15g)
1 tbsp melted peanut butter (15g) *for drizzle*

➡️ Bake 320°F for 60-65 mins (160°C)

📝 Recipe notes: You may need to add additional almond milk to the batter to get it to mix. I only needed to add the smallest amount in mine!

💪 Macros per serving: 330 calories, 11g fat, 29g carbs, 28g protein. Makes 7 slices.

It’s pumpkin season after all. So make this Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake 🍰🎃😋

What you need:
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 PSL Protein Scoop
2 tbsp sweetener
1 large egg
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Dash of cinnamon & Nutmeg

How to make it:
1. Combine all ingredients in a greased mug.
2. Mix well & microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

High-Protein Lasagna Meal Prep

(Makes 4 Meals)

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1.5 cups cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
• 8 lasagna noodles, cooked (or use the oven ready noodles like I used)
• 2.5 cups red sauce
• 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 (28oz) glass containers

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix cottage cheese and ricotta in a bowl.
4. Assemble in 28oz containers:
• Layer red sauce, lasagna noodle, beef, zucchini, and cheese mix.
• Repeat layers.
5. Top with mozzarella and red sauce.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
7. Let cool, then refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Fritters:
1 1/2 cups organic ap flour
1/4 cup monk fruit
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1 egg 🥚
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
11 oz Greek yogurt
1 cup blueberries 🫐

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
Small handful of blueberries, smashed
Dash of vanilla extract
Almond milk (about 1/4 cup but just as it gradually until you get a glaze consistency)

✅ Macros for Each McGriddle Crunch (2 Halves):
698 Cals, 68g Carbs, 18g Fat, 66g Protein

✳️ Ingredients for Protein Pancakes (makes 3):
60g All Purpose Flour
40g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
12g Coconut Flour
6g Zero Cal Sweetener
5g Baking Powder
Big Pinch of Sea Salt
180g Fat Free Fairlife Milk
75g Egg Whites

Rest of Ingredients (makes 3):
8oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
8oz Reduced Fat Turkey Sausage
4.5 Slices Center Cut Bacon
450g Egg Beaters
42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese
4 Burrito Tortillas
180g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ First, protein pancakes. Add your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your wet ingredients and fold ingredients together till a thick batter.
2️⃣ Add 1/3rd batter to a preheated pan on 5/10 heat. Spread into the shape of pancake. Then add a drizzle of pancake syrup on top of the pancake. Flip once the syrup has soaked all the way in. Repeat for all 3 pancakes.
3️⃣ Add center cut bacon to oven on 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
4️⃣ Now for the sausage patties with a combination of reduced fat turkey sausage and 96/4 lean ground beef. Mix together and then form into 6 patties. Make these flat like you see when they come on a sandwich. Will help them fit better into the crunch wrap. Salt each side of the patties and cook on 7/10 heat.
5️⃣ Lastly, make your cheesy egg pockets by adding 150g egg beaters to pan preheated on 5/10 heat. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Add cover on top and cook till solid. Add cheese to middle and then fold into a pocket.
6️⃣ Now build your crunch wrap with pancake first, then egg pocket, sausage, bacon and the some more pancake syrup. Add 1/4th of another tortillas on top to help seal the crunch wrap.
7️⃣ Add to air fryer, spray with non stick cooking spray and air fry on 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Then enjoy!
